REMI and STAF 2 listening systems

REMI
Low consumption mini receiver, with a fixed driven quartz reception frequency. Sensitivity: higher than 0,5 µV. FM Demodulation, narrow band. Listening by headphones, walkman type. The receiving aerial is designed for confidentiality; integrated into the headphone. A two speed micro-cassette tape recorder is connected to the receiver. A wire remote control allows discreet recording when needed. Power: by internal batteries. Size: 10 x 5 x 1 cm (REMI only). Weight: 60 gr (REMI only). Size: 10 x 5 x 3 cm (REMI + type recorder). Weight: 200 gr (REMI + type recorder).
Optional: multiple channels receiver. Decoding, voice relay.
STAF
System for listening-in at a distance, using the telephone lines as the transmission medium. A micro-transmitter, powered by the line, is designed to be hidden in a connecting plug, or in a telephone unit. When the line is free, it becomes active and it transmits the sounds of the environment; but when the lines are busy, it cuts off to avoid being discovered. The liaison may be made over several tens of kilometres.
